World Cup Matches on 3D TV

Football frenzy will be at its peak during the upcoming FIFA world and this time, football fans around the world will have one more reason to rejoice as World Cup matches will now be abailable on 3DTV. For ESPN is all set to launch its new 3D channel on the 11th of June and the first event to grace the occasion will be the World Cup match between South Africa and Mexico.

This is just the beginning as form then on, there is at least 84 more sport events that is lined up to be staged on ESPN with all of them being in 3D. And this includes 24 additional World Cup matches along with a lot more from all segments of sports.

It was only last month that Direct TV revealed that it would start to carry the ESPN 3D during its launch along with 2 more dedicated 3D channels as well as a Panasonic channel named N3D. Others in the fray include another dedicated 3D channel available 24/7 that will operate on a pay-per-view basis.
