Panasonic has unveiled a massive 103 inch 3D TV at the ongoing IFA event in Berlin. A positive quality of the Panasonic 3D TV is that it gives the perception of depth to quite an extent while not requiring to wear special viewing glasses.

The attempt by Panasonic like most other glassess-free 3D TV can be termed as commendable though definitely not the final one.

One can easily perceive the potential of glassess-free 3D technology when one looks at the Panasonic set.

All in all however one would not like to watch the programs or 3D content on this set for long. This, even though the 3D images that the set was showing on display at the event were quite impeccable. However, one had to move from spot to spot as the human brain was not yet convinced that the present viewing spot was the perfect one for 3D viewing. It was more like watching the holographic effect on stickers where the picture formed and moved depending on how the viewer moved along its plane.

3D as a technology is not yet making much headway is the general conclusion that one can draw.

They also displayed a 3D dinosaur which would have kindled the interest in kids at the event but not of the ones who were looking for some serious 3D issues.
