The newest 3D TVs from LG to hit the US markets is the LX9500 and the LX6500. And there is one more reason to buy the 3D TV apart from their superb 3D capabilities. A 3D Blu-ray player LG BX580 also comes along with the purchase of any one of the TV brand. The individual cost of the 3D Blu-ray player is $350 dollars otherwise. And the goodies keeps coming in. For there is also a free coupon given with the purchase for IMAX 3D “Under the Sea” which comes in Blu-ray format. The cost of this disc is $29.95 singly. One gets a 3D AG-S100 active shutter glasses which sells for $180 otherwise. A rebate of $100 is also given with the purchase.

As for the 3D TV itself, the LX9500 series comes with features like Full HD of 1,920 x 1,080 resolutions in both sizes of 47 or 55 inch. The screen is LED backlit display incorporating 480 Hz anti blur technology. There is a dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000,000:1 and features 4 HDMI inputs and an ambient light sensor. The sets also have WiFi support, Wireless HD and a USB port with NetCast support as well. This provides for access to Yahoo! Widgets, Vudu, You Tube and Picasa. The cost for the smaller sized model is $4,300 and the larger set would set one back by $5,400.

The LX6500 Series TV from LG is available through Amazon and they also come in both the 47 and 55 inch models. The sets feature Full HD with 1,920 x 1,080 resolutions. Incorporating LED edge lit display, the dynamic contrast ratio stands at an impressive 8,000,000:1. Similar to the other series this also has four HDMI inputs, Wireless HD, WiFi support NetCast support and USB input as well. Price of this series ranges from $2,218.98 for the smaller model where MSRP is $2,700 and larger one with MSRP of $3,600 is going for $2,969.
