3D TV
Stereoscopic 3D TV sets is all set to grab the market by its tail as per a report tabled by analysts in the field of Television marketing.

According to their report published in the In-Stat magazine, there is a prediction of 20 percent of American consumers opting for the stereoscopic 3D TV by 2013. This figure is a significant part of the market share in the TV segment.

In-Stat goes on to amplify that the sale of telescopic 3D TV would be low in 2010 and 2011 but would reach for the sky thereafter and onwards. They have labeled this innovation as the next wave in living room entertainment.

Though there is a general sense of curiosity about this new concept in TV it has been observed that there is also a large number of American citizens who do not consider this technology worth a change to given that they have only recently possessed an HDMI TV.

The other point that is not in favor of the 3D technology and slowing down its growth is the non availability of content to view using this technology. Content in 3D format is far behind as yet as far as availability goes.

However the prediction of 20 percent market share would sure raise the antennae of interest amongst the game and movie developers and producers. This factor would sure be found to have come up to required standard in availability.
